Referral Program Terms and Conditions

How it works

• •Referrer: Share your valid referral link or code. You must top up your own Bitzaro USD wallet with at least USD 50, excluding fees, using your own funds before either participant can qualify for rewards. You only need to do this once.
• •Each Referred Friend: Sign up using the link or code, obtain an approved eligible card and complete any required activation. Within 30 calendar days after activation, complete one top-up of at least USD 50 excluding fees using your own funds, then hold at least USD 10 in available balance in the linked USD wallet for 24 consecutive hours within that period. Also make an eligible card purchase within those 30 days; it may settle later.
• •Rewards: Both participants receive rewards after all requirements are met and approved. Every Referred Friend must qualify separately. Only the first 15 Qualified Referrals per Referrer each calendar month receive rewards for both participants.

Eligibility

• 1.1Both participants must be at least 18, or any higher age required for the relevant account or card, complete required identity and compliance checks, and hold accounts in their own names that remain in good standing until payment. Participation is limited to jurisdictions where the relevant wallet, card and Program are supported and legally permitted. Wallet eligibility alone does not establish card or Program eligibility.
• 1.2A “Referrer” is an eligible existing user who shares a valid referral link or code. A “Referred Friend” must be a new user who has never registered, held or controlled a Bitzaro account, including one later closed, and must register through that link or enter the code at sign-up. Each friend may be linked to one Referrer only. Referral details cannot be changed afterwards, except to correct a verified tracking error.

How to qualify

• 2.1The Referred Friend must meet the applicable card issuer’s eligibility requirements, obtain an approved Bitzaro virtual or physical card and complete any required activation. A card issued ready for use is treated as activated upon issuance. Pending, rejected, cancelled or withdrawn applications do not qualify.
• 2.2Within 30 calendar days after card activation, the Referred Friend must:

• •complete one successful top-up of at least USD 50, excluding fees, using their own funds through an accepted funding method;
• •then maintain at least USD 10 in available balance in the linked Bitzaro USD wallet for 24 consecutive hours, completed within that 30-day period; and
• •make at least one eligible card purchase of any amount. The purchase must subsequently settle successfully but may settle after the 30-day period.

• 2.3Available balance means cleared USD funds available after fees, pending authorisations, restrictions and committed amounts. Promotional credits, referral rewards, artificially circulated funds and balances in other assets or wallets do not count. If the balance falls below USD 10 during the holding period, a fresh 24-hour period must be completed before the deadline. Funds remain usable under the ordinary wallet terms; no additional holding period applies once this requirement is validly completed, including during later settlement or review delays.
• 2.4Before either participant becomes eligible for a referral reward, the Referrer must complete one successful top-up of at least USD 50, excluding fees, into their own Bitzaro USD wallet, using their own funds through an accepted funding method.

The Referrer only needs to meet this top-up requirement once. No additional top-up by the Referrer is required for subsequent referrals.

Each Referred Friend must separately meet the requirements in Clauses 2.1–2.3. This applies to every referral. Both participants receive their respective rewards only after all applicable requirements under these Terms are met, subject to verification and approval.

Rewards and monthly limits

A “Qualified Referral” satisfies all requirements in these Terms, subject to Bitzaro’s verification and approval. Rewards apply progressively as follows:

• 3.1Only the first 15 Qualified Referrals per Referrer in each calendar month receive rewards. Referrals above this cap receive neither the Referrer reward nor the friend reward and do not carry forward. Earlier rewards do not increase when a higher tier is reached. Counts reset at 00:00 on the first day of each month, Malaysia Time (UTC+8). Each friend may be rewarded once only, regardless of additional or replacement cards or accounts.
• 3.2Allocation and priority follow the time all objective requirements are first met, including purchase settlement and expiry of the 24-hour post-application period in Clause 5.1, subject to correction of verified errors. Identical timestamps are resolved by the earlier complete card application time. Later internal approval does not change the qualification month. A purchase settling in a later month may therefore count in that later month.

Excluded transactions and abuse

• 4.1Eligible purchases are genuine, successfully settled payments for goods or services at permitted merchants. They exclude cash withdrawals or advances; transfers or remittances; wallet or stored-value reloads; currency conversions; cryptocurrency or other financial-asset purchases; cash-equivalent transactions; payments to financial-service providers to fund accounts or transfer value; gambling or issuer-restricted transactions; and fees, interest or card charges.
• 4.2Declined, cancelled, fully refunded, reversed or charged-back purchases do not qualify. Pending or disputed purchases count only once confirmed as genuine and settled. A partial refund or reversal may leave a purchase eligible if a positive genuine purchase value remains. Merchant classification errors may be reviewed on supporting evidence.
• 4.3Self-referrals, duplicate or false accounts, coordinated reward farming, artificial or circular funding or transactions, collusive merchant activity and attempts to bypass eligibility or limits are prohibited. Referrers must not spam, impersonate Bitzaro or make misleading claims. Bitzaro may review linked accounts, request reasonable supporting information and assess identity, funding, transaction and security data. A shared device, address or network alone does not establish abuse.

Verification, payment and recovery

• 5.1The first reward eligibility review takes place no earlier than 24 hours after submission of the first complete application resulting in the qualifying card. This period may overlap with the balance holding period but does not replace it. Ordinary onboarding and security checks may occur earlier. Neither registration, top-up nor expiry of 24 hours alone earns a reward.
• 5.2Bitzaro determines eligibility reasonably under these Terms and applicable law. Both rewards remain pending until all requirements, settlement and verification are complete. Approved rewards are normally credited to the respective Bitzaro USD wallets within 24 hours after final approval. Compliance enquiries, settlement, technical issues or legal restrictions may delay payment; material delays and required actions will be communicated where legally permitted.
• 5.3Credited rewards form part of the ordinary wallet balance and may be spent, transferred or withdrawn through available wallet functions, subject to account and card terms, fees, limits and lawful restrictions.
• 5.4Bitzaro may withhold affected rewards while reasonably investigating suspected misuse. It may disqualify participation, restrict future Program access, or cancel or recover affected rewards paid in error or where requirements were not met, including a reversed qualifying top-up or loss of the only eligible purchase. Recovery is limited to affected rewards, subject to applicable law and account terms, with notice and an opportunity to request review where legally permitted. This does not itself authorise forfeiture of unrelated customer funds.

Changes, related terms and support

• 6.1Bitzaro may amend, suspend or end the Program with at least 24 hours’ advance notice through official channels, or longer where legally required. Immediate changes may apply where legally required or reasonably necessary for an urgent fraud, security or system risk; Bitzaro will explain them as soon as reasonably practicable where permitted. Ordinary changes apply prospectively, preserve earned rewards and allow existing participants to complete qualification under their original terms and deadline, except where law or those urgent circumstances require otherwise.
• 6.2These Terms govern referral rewards and operate with the applicable account terms, card terms, fee schedule and privacy policies. They do not override longer notice requirements for underlying product or fee changes, or mandatory legal rights. Relevant personal data is processed to administer the Program and prevent misuse under the applicable privacy policies. Rewards are promotional incentives; participants are responsible for applicable taxes, with withholding where required by law.
• 6.3For eligibility questions or review of missing rewards, tracking errors or disqualification, contact support@bitzaro.com or official in-app support with relevant evidence. Bitzaro will review records fairly and explain its decision where permitted. Its decision is final for internal Program administration without limiting legal rights or remedies. Security-sensitive information and other users’ personal data need not be disclosed. These Terms prevail over conflicting promotional materials, subject to mandatory law.
