These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Google Pay service with your Bitzaro Card issued by Bitzaro Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By adding your Bitzaro Card to Google Pay, you agree to these Terms, which supplement and form part of the cardholder agreement governing your use of the Bitzaro Card.
To use Google Pay with your Bitzaro Card, you must comply with Google’s own terms and policies. The full eligibility criteria are set out in the source document.
Google Pay allows you to make contactless payments and conduct in-app or online transactions using your Bitzaro Card. Transactions made through Google Pay are treated as if they were made with your physical Bitzaro Card. We are not liable for any service interruptions, limitations, or failures of Google Pay. You may remove your Bitzaro Card from Google Pay at any time.
You are responsible for securing your device, including using passcodes, biometrics, and ensuring no unauthorized access to your Google Pay wallet. Notify us immediately if your device is lost, stolen, or compromised. We may suspend or block your card from Google Pay if fraud or misuse is suspected.
We do not charge a fee for using Google Pay. However, third parties such as Google or your mobile provider may charge fees. Any fees applicable to the use of your Bitzaro Card still apply.
Your use of Google Pay is subject to Google’s privacy policy. We may exchange information with Google as necessary to enable Google Pay functionality and to prevent fraud.
We may suspend or terminate your use of Google Pay with your Bitzaro Card if you breach these Terms or your cardholder agreement.
We are not responsible for Google Pay or the platform’s operation, maintenance, or availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized transactions unless due to our own negligence or misconduct.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes as required by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
